Asad Martinez is the driving force behind the resurgence of boxing in Belize. As the founder of the Belize Boxing Development Council (BBDC), he leads with vision, purpose, and a deep belief in the power of sport to uplift communities. Asad understands the discipline, opportunity, and pride the sport brings. He builds bridges — between Belize and its neighbors, between youth and their potential, and between local talent and the global stage. Under his leadership, BBDC is not just developing fighters — it’s building a movement.
